SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The contract supports the Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).

iParametrics provides services in response to task orders issued under this contract by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps.

Additionally, activities may provide limited support under this contract to other U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), non-DoD, or joint agencies for work that is integrally related to product areas and mission.

Since 2005, iParametrics has played a vital role in the nation’s response and recovery from both natural and man-made disasters through its involvement in the DHS/FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Program. As a Subcontractor to Fluor Corporation, iParametrics has provided technical support and staff on over 60 Federal task orders.

About PA

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), through its Public Assistance (PA) Grant Program reimburses state and local governments for the actual costs to repair or rebuild damaged public infrastructure.

Through the PA Program, FEMA provides supplemental Federal disaster grant assistance for debris removal, emergency protective measures, and the repair, replacement, or restoration of disaster-damaged, publicly owned facilities and the facilities of certain Private Non-Profit (PNP) organizations. The PA Program also encourages protection of these damaged facilities from future events by enabling hazard mitigation measures during the recovery process.

100 Resilient Cities

Our 100RC process:

We take your staff through a concise survey and interview(s) to more fully scope their specific needs.

The survey and interview(s) will also help determine the maturity of the City’s current strategies and plans for disaster recovery.

The initial deliverable to the City will be a formal report providing a high-level assessment and roadmap of prioritized recommendations as to how the City may improve its recovery capabilities from many of the threats and hazards outlined by 100RC, such as Aging Infrastructure, Earthquakes, Flooding, Hazardous Materials Accidents, Hurricanes/Typhoons/Cyclones, Infrastructure Failure, Landslides, Rising Sea Level and Coastal Erosion, Terrorism, Tropical Storms, Tsunamis, Volcanic Activity, and Wildfires.

Based on the report, a city may request additional services to achieve full or partial implementation of all or selected recommendations, such as development and drafting of new Disaster Recovery Plans, prepare updates to existing plans, or a rapid review and updates to specific components of policies, plans, or procedures.

iParametrics can also provide follow-on services, including analysis of and recommended methods to help improve a City’s Resilience Profile (depth of disaster impact, duration of response and recovery, and level of restoration), particularly within the 100RC’s key dimensions of Leadership and Strategy andInfrastructure and Environment.

Services provided include construction management (CM), engineering consulting, project management (PM), and related professional services specifically pertaining to real property.

CM services include, but are not limited to, design phase support, procurement support, commissioning services, testing services, construction claims support, and post-construction engineering services.

The contractor performing engineering consulting services functions as an advisor to the government to assist with executing engineering tasks associated with real property.

Engineering consulting services relating to real property include, but are not limited to, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, fire protection engineering, forensic engineering, structural engineering, or any other specialized engineering consulting services that are utilized in regards to real property.
