Since 2003, iParametrics has provided professional staff in approximately 50 professional disciplines in support of numerous projects and more than 260 government task orders. Our team members are currently engaged in a broad range of technical services supporting projects throughout the country. Among our clients, iParametrics has developed a reputation for both the quality of our employees and our quick response to client staffing requirements. Our goal is to help our clients develop an effective, flexible workforce that fits their business needs now and long into the future.

Our approach revolves around our Talent Center of Excellence (TCE), the iParametrics Program Management Organization (PMO) for recruiting, staffing, field employee management and retention. In partnership with our client, iParametrics utilizes its TCE throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, including client engagement, technical sourcing, acquisition and employee management. 

Our approach draws upon our team’s combined recruiting experience at industry leading companies and the development of our own best practices supporting assignments across numerous government and private industry contracts and task orders. It involves a proven, hands-on, tightly integrated sourcing process backed by a “state of the art” web-based technology and our ISO 9001:2008 certified processes.

We believe that one of the best ways to retain staff is to attract and hire high quality personnel and provide them with assignments that are closely aligned to their interests and career goals.  Perhaps the greatest testament to our capability to do this is to look at the tenure of our field employees. Since 2005, iParametrics has maintained over a 95% retention rate of our employees supporting the FEMA Public Assistance Program, our oldest ongoing contract.

As a matter of fact, employee retention is a named and audited metric within our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Program. This quality objective is measured and audited quarterly with the stated goal of 100% employee retention.  This program undergoes independent auditing annually in order to maintain our quality certification.  

Our ISO quality management system is designed to help iParametrics ensure that we meet the needs of our customers and our employees.  And it is working!  iParametrics has historically scored 91 or higher (where 100 represents the highest level of customer satisfaction) in our annual Independent Past Performance Evaluation by Dun & Bradstreet (Open Rating Report).
