As one of the founders of iParametrics, Paul has performed technical and programmatic management for all company emergency management, risk and homeland security programs since 2005.

As the company Project Director for the PA Technical Assistance Contract, he provides full oversight of four nation-wide contracts in support of FEMA’s operations. He has managed over 100 task orders and 600,000+ labor hours.

These contracts have successfully re-competed several times. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with some of the world’s leading engineering companies supporting federal, state and local emergency management, risk and homeland security programs. Mr. Pelletier served in the United States Marine Corps, is a Texas Department of Public Safety Certified Risk Manager (Class B) and has active Public Trust and inactive DOE L clearances.
